Question- Who/What is Brick$ & Bamboo$? 

Answer- We are a creative clothing/lifestyle brand that is continuously pushing the limits between high fashion, art & most importantly functionality (with a pinch of fun mixed in). We create custom cut & sew pieces, as well as an array of accessories to keep you fresh & turning heads. Rule #1 - THERE ARE NO RULES!!!! 

Question- Why do your prices seem higher compared to some other brands?

Answer- Quality! We don't want to sell you ANYTHING that is going to fade or fall apart after a few washes. All of our garments are made from PREMIUM materials + everything is cut & sewn. Even our t shirts are cut & sewn, meaning WE DO NOT USE BLANKS. When you buy from us, rest assured you are getting high quality gear that will stand the test of time. Plus, with all the special patchwork/features we add to our garments, the manufacturing costs run a little higher vs. a simple screen printed t shirt. For us, it's always QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!!

Question- How long will it take to receive my order? 

Answer- We don't mess around when it comes to shipping! Orders ship out within 1-3 business days after placing your online order. Most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS  Ground (new shipping options have been added for your convenience). You will receive a tracking number once the label is created. Standard ground shipping times vary depending on where the package is headed, but most customers receive their order between 2-5 business days. 

Question- Do you offer World Wide shipping? 

Answer- Not at the moment, but we are working on it and will be offering World Wide shipping in the near future! 

Question- My tracking shows package has been delivered, where is it? 

Answer- If your package is marked as "Delivered" via your tracking number, and your emailed order confirmation shows the correct shipping address, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to retrieve your package. This is usually the case of a lost or stolen package. You will have to contact your local Post Office/carrier to open a claim/dispute with them to locate the missing package. 

Question- Do you accept refunds? 

Answer- Yes. We know you are going to love your new, high quality Bricks & Bamboos clothing, but if you don't for whatever reason we are now offering a 100% money back guarantee on all of our garments (does not include trading cards, comics, sneakers or accessory products). If you are not satisfied with your gear, please reach out to customer service at bricksandbamboos@gmail.com. & we will start your refund process. Once your information is collected, just mail the product back (You will be required to cover the shipping cost) & once received, we will refund your order 100%. 

Question- I don't see "X" on your website anymore. Will it be restocked? 

Answer- Depends, restocks are not guaranteed! Moving forward all of the gear/items we release will be in SUPER LIMITED EDITION batches. We may do a restock here & there; but again - no guarantees! We strongly suggest you follow us on Instagram or sign up to our newsletter to get the latest information on new drops so you don't miss out!

Question- How do I wash/care of my new gear? 

Answer- Please refer to our garment care card (included in all orders). Short answer - Turn inside out, wash in cold water & always HANG DRY! If you are still unsure about how to wash one of your garments, take it to your local dry cleaner for assistance! 

Question- What is my size? 

Answer- Please refer to our sizing charts on our website.
