I'll be very honest- I inherited this note, along with a whole bunch of other paper currency and coins. I have very little knowledge in regards to the value/grading for these items; but based on my research & other listings I came up with the listing price. If graded, I'd say this book is between a 1.0-1.5. As you can see this is a very low grade copy of a classic pre code golden age horror book. Excessive wear & tear on both covers. Major spine damage/spine ticks, multiple areas of chipping, folding, creasing etc. Pages are very brittle & most are missing small pieces due to chipping/folding. Spine/Cover/All pages intact.

If graded, I'd say this book is between a 9.0-9.6+ (if not a 9.8). Book is pretty much flawless. Only flaw is a small green "stain" on top of cover, which looks like it could have been caused from a partial date stamp or something (can provide close up picture if needed) .Spine/Cover/All pages intact.
